11 November 2012

never, not ever thought

is it just me, or do I actually want to steal all the items from Taylor Swift's video wardrobe?
If you think I'm mental, go have a look at her latest video and you will see what I mean, and yes you can mute it if you are worried about the music.

I rest my case, well, maybe some hair extensions wouldn't go a miss for me either.

Life lately

This Tofu is the best I have found to date and not too pricey and comes in a number of different types to try; basil, olive, tomato etc.

This was an attempt at vegan cupcakes, the first was a disaster due to not getting cups to grams right...but it looked pretty in the bowl
 The final (amazing) birthday cupcake!

Mum's home cooking...
 My great-grandfathers pin
Charlie going from mental to asleep in 5 seconds flat.
A beautiful morning on the way to work, now with added moon

 Sheeps need fashion too
 Some samples at work

Holga

Many years ago (another lifetime), a multitude of camera's were in easy reach. This is what I came out with after a walk on the beach with a Holga. All I can remember is that it was actually a really beautiful, but COLD day. Hope you like!

Procrastination inception

Here is a little video I found, and thought it was a good time to post it, since it is the start of the new academic term here in Scotland.

I've also just started to read: Bounce: the myth of talent an the power of practice by Matthew Syed, but also The 13 curses by Michelle Harrison. I shall let you know if these are good, but you are always welcome to let me know what you thought if you are already finished with them, or you have just finished a book and want to let people know how good it was!

Life has been busy but awesome recently, I even tried out roller derby, it was fun to get back on skates after so long. Have a wonderful weekend, I'm sure I shall set up a heap of blog posts over this weekend!
