I love to cook.

This is a quick crumble using Salisburys crumble mix and the fruit that I had left in the house. Don't be afraid to put grapes, blueberries or nectarine. sometimes the crazy combinations work the best!

If you have a microwave, pop the cut fruit into a couple of bowls (depending upon size of crumble), and microwave for 45 seconds (check your micro instructions first!). Even with smaller fruit, such as grapes, cut them in half. I like to layer my fruit. Cook for 30-45 minutes depending upon oven capabilities.

Best served with meringue and a blob of yogurt. I don't mind eating crumble cold, some people are fussy, so always remember to ask when serving to others.
